Dr. Dimitris Strakas
Professional Experience & Education
Dr. Dimitris Strakas (DDS, MSc, PhD) was born in 1975 in Volos, Greece, where he has operated a private laser dental clinic since 2003.

Graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2002

Earned a Master of Science in Lasers in Dentistry from RWTH Aachen University in 2006

Earned a Master of Science in Lasers in Dentistry from RWTH Aachen University in 2006
Since 2007, he has been an Adjunct Faculty Member and Lecturer at the Aachen Dental Laser Center (AALZ) at RWTH Aachen University, and since 2009, the Scientific Director of AALZ Greece, offering certified laser dentistry education.
In 2013, he founded the Laser Clinic Department at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, which he still leads.
