Accommodation
Novotel Dubai Al Barsha will be the official hotel hosting the first Pre-Congress Day on 12/11/2026. WALED members and all delegates are strongly advised to book this hotel for their entire stay, as a special congress rate has been secured. The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes’ drive from Madinat Jumeirah.

Booking Procedure
All bookings must be made individually by delegates by contacting the Novotel Dubai Al Barsha reservation team directly at H6535-RE@accor.com, no later than 31st July 2026.

Promo Code
Delegates are required to use the promo code ISLD2026 in all communications with the hotel in order to access the special congress rate.

Family & Group Accommodation
Families and groups of 4–8 persons have the possibility to stay together by requesting suite or apartment options, subject to availability. Reservations should be made as early as possible, as availability is limited.

Room Availability
The congress organizing team has secured 100 rooms at the special offer price. Reservations are offered on a first come, first served basis. Once the allocated rooms are fully booked, the special rate will no longer apply.

Responsibility & Cancellation Policy
The organizing committee bears no responsibility for individual hotel bookings. All cancellation policies and terms will be provided directly by the hotel upon payment.
