Dr. David Montalvo Arias graduated in Dentistry from the University of Barcelona,
Spain, where he also completed a Master’s degree in Periodontics and Implants. After
several years of clinical practice focused exclusively on periodontics, he moved to New
York, U.S.A., to complete the International Postgraduate Program in Aesthetic
Dentistry at New York University.
Continuing his commitment to clinical excellence and innovation, Dr. Montalvo pursued a
Mastership in Laser Dentistry at the prestigious AALZ (Aachen Dental Laser Center) in
Germany.
He currently resides and practices in Dubai, U.A.E, where he has served as Clinical
Director at Apa Aesthetics since 2023. In this role, he leads a multidisciplinary team at
one of the region’s most renowned aesthetic dental clinics. He also contributes to
academia as Visiting Faculty at the International Postgraduate Program in Aesthetic
Dentistry at New York University.
Dr. Montalvo is the author of numerous scientific publications and book chapters, and is
an internationally recognized speaker known for his interdisciplinary approach to
advanced aesthetic and periodontal treatments.
