Dr Amir Ezzat Youssef is a distinguished dental surgeon, laser dentistry specialist, implantologist, and healthcare executive, with extensive expertise in advanced laser-assisted dental treatments and modern implantology.
He is the Owner and Executive Director of Dental Care Center (DCC), a leading dental healthcare organization operating four branches across Cairo.
Dr Amir earned his Bachelor of Oral & Maxillofacial Dentistry from Misr International University (MIU), followed by advanced postgraduate education in Germany.
There he completed a Fellowship and a Master of Science (MSc) in Laser Dentistry at RWTH Aachen University, as well as a Specialization Degree in Dental Implantology in collaboration with Goethe University Frankfurt.

Ana Catarina Nogueira da Silva is a graduate of the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Porto.
She has specialized in Laser Dentistry, earning both a Mastership in Laser Dentistry and a Master of Science in Lasers in Dentistry from the University of Aachen, as well as the EMDOLA (European Master Degree in Oral Laser Applications).
Following this, she completed her PhD at the University of Porto, focusing on Laser Dentistry, and currently is a Professor in Operative Dentistry at the Faculty of Dental Medicine at the same University, while actively conducting research in this field.
As the founder of Portugal’s first Institute of Laser Dentistry, Professor Ana Catarina Silva is dedicated to providing comprehensive training in the discipline.

Dr Cristina Neculau, DDS, PhD has dedicated her clinical practice exclusively to laser dentistry for more than ten years.
She is the Co-founder of OnDental Microscope Dentistry in Bucharest, where she focuses on minimally invasive laser-assisted dentistry, periodontal therapy, oral surgery and photobiomodulation.
She holds a PhD in Dental Medicine from Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy, a Master Professional in Lasers in Dentistry from Sigmund Freud University Vienna, and the AALZ Mastership in Lasers in Dentistry from RWTH Aachen University, Germany.
Alongside clinical practice, Dr Neculau is actively involved in education and research.
She regularly delivers lectures, clinical courses and hands-on training programs for dentists, with a particular focus on the practical integration of laser technology into everyday clinical practice.
